PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI SIGNS 2021 APPROPRIATION BILL INTO LAW

President MUHAMMADU BUHARI has signed the 2021 Appropriation Bill into law.
A post on the verified Twitter page of the Presidency confirmed that President BUHARI signed the document at the State House this morning.
Recall that the estimate which is over 13.58 trillion naira was passed by the National Assembly at a joint session last week, some 505 billion naira higher than the initial estimate presented for consideration by the President in October.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives, FEMI GBAJABIAMILA, spoke to newsmen on the budget based on 40 dollars per barrel; oil production at 1.86 million barrels daily oil production; exchange rate of 379 naira per dollar and a projected growth rate of 3 per cent.
