Diobu Vigilante Unit has handed over some 16 suspected members of ‘Uglies’ and ‘Castro’ houses of Deygbam cult groups to the Eagle Crack Unit of Police in Mile 1 Port Harcourt.
Our news desk gathered that the suspected cultists were arrested in Diobu, on Wednesday night at Timber Waterside/Saint Thomas axis of Ikoku.
Some suspects of the Queen Mother of ‘Dem Mama’ female house of Deygbam cult group were also arrested after an investigation by the Vigilante Group.
The Chairman of Diobu Vigilante, PRINCE AMATARI, said his operatives handed the suspects to the Eagle Crack team led by Superintendent of Police, OBOT.
Sources also said the suspects were behind the attack on Mile 1 and Azikiwe Divisional Police Headquarters in Diobu following the #ENDSARS protest.
