The Niger Delta Basin Development Authority says the Songhai integrated farm project of the federal government will create employment and empower the youth.
The managing Director of the of NDBDA, Engr. TONYE DAVID-WEST made this known in Port Harcourt, stating that the authority would commence training for youth in the first quarter of next year in any component available.
He maintained that the training would take a 30 years life span adding that thirty youths would be trained per session, adding that the basin would established all those trained in their various local government area.
He advised workers in the basin to take ownership of the federal government establishment farm, adding that such establishment can sustained the populace.
