Mother of five Murdered by operatives of the ONELGA Security and Advisory Council, OSPAC

The people of Rumuekpe in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State are mourning the alleged murder of a mother of five by operatives of the ONELGA Security and Advisory Council, OSPAC, last Thursday.
The spokesman of the Rivers State Police Command, NNAMDI OMONI, who confirmed the murder of VICTORIA IBRAHIM to our correspondent noted that operatives were investigating the incident.
In a remark, the Secretary of the Centre for Basic Rights Protection and Accountability Campaign, PRINCE WIRO, condemned the incident.
